FEES Terms & Conditions:
Invoices will be sent out following the event. Credit Cards NOT accepted.
Vendor Fees: All meals requested on the registration will be charged without providing at least (10) day cancellation. Vendor per meal fees: $20 Breakfast, $30 Lunch, $55 Dinner.
Member Fees: Class A Members* $250/one night lodging and one day meetings, Additional lodging $125/night, Additional Meeting Days $125/meeting. Associate Members $250/one night lodging and one day meetings, Additional lodging $125/night, Additional Meeting Days $100/meeting *One (1) Class A Participant per per facility/per council will not be charged for attending regularly scheduled meetings
