Directors of Materials Management of Member hospitals participate in networking meetings three times a year. This Council is responsible for contracting oversight of the Supply Chain Division as well as evaluating and implementing cost savings initiatives for supplies, equipment and services related to supply chain processes. This council continues progress on identified initiatives via monthly teleconferences.
