Our peer-led councils provide a unique opportunity for members to collaborate, share insights, and tackle common challenges together. There are currently 8 different councils at Health Future.
Supply Chain
Manages the contracting processes, overseeing vendor agreements and procurement strategies. Evaluates initiatives for supplies, equipment, and services.
Peri Operative
Analyze, develop and initiate implementation strategies for clinically sensitive and/or physician preference items.
CIO
Collaborates on matters related to information technology, security, development, integration, and standardization, to enhance system efficiency and compliance.
Pharmacy
Develop regional standardization and cost savings opportunities as it relates to the purchase and utilization of pharmaceuticals.
Laboratory
Accesses and executes cost savings initiatives for laboratory supplies, equipment, and services.
Human Resources
Prioritizes shared best practices for contract staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Dietary
Accesses and executes standardized cost savings initiatives for food, food equipment, and services.
Heart & Vascular
Assesses and executes cost-saving initiatives to optimize efficiency and financial performance within cardiovascular service lines.
